L'atelier des chefs cooking school - 1st of March

What a great Friday!
I did a couple of corporate team building events at L'atelier des chefs a while ago and they invited me to come for a lunch time cooking experience with a colleague (Annie) :-)
Perfect to do something like this on a Friday! We arrived at 12noon and were offered some champagne which was lovely. In total it was 13 people cooking - all event organisers like us. The dish of the day was Phad Thai - the chef, Steve, was really good with lots of good tips and a few jokes thrown in now and again.

He talked us through the dish and ingredients and we got to help with the prep - he then asked for a few volunteers to help with the cooking whilst he explained the process.

We had a great laugh and it was nice to meet and interact with the other attendees in an informal setting. After plating up we all sat down and ate the prepared Phad Thai together with a cheeky glass of wine :-)
